To prolong the life of your jeans, wash them inside out with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid high heat during drying, and air-drying is recommended to maintain their shape and color.
All FUNUCA products are carefully made with high-quality fabrics, you can find the product fabric composition in the product details on the product detail page, and come with a quality guarantee. If you encounter any manufacturing defects, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will solve the problem or replace it for you.
FUNUCA jeans are pre-shrunk during production to minimize shrinkage. However, slight changes in size may occur depending on the washing and drying methods used. Follow the care instructions on the label for the best results.

ORDERS

After shipping, you can find the logistics information on the Amazon platform. The actual operation is as follows:

● Find the "My Orders" page, find the product you purchased, and click "View Order Details" next to the corresponding order.

● In the order details, you will see a "Tracking Number" or "View Shipping Status" link. Clicking on the link will allow you to view the latest shipping status and estimated delivery time of the package.

● If you want more detailed shipping information, you can copy the tracking number and visit the relevant logistics company website to check and understand the latest shipping progress of your package.

No, we currently support Amazon orders and only support shipping to the United States. Please select your region during checkout and the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost.

We usually process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery time varies depending on your address and usually arrives within 5-12 business days.

DELIVERY

Once your order is processed and shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. However, if you notice an error before your order ships, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to update the address for you.
Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs or carrier issues. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@funuca.com for assistance.
If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbors or around your delivery area. If you still can’t locate it, contact us with your order number, and we’ll help investigate the issue with the carrier.

RETURN & REFUND

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed items. Returns must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Please ensure the product is not damaged or altered before initiating a return.

To return a product, please visit our returns page for funuca's return details and return eligibility, and contact us immediately. We will process your order within 2-3 days, and once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

Yes! Discount codes do not affect your ability to return items. As long as the item is in its original condition, you can return it for a full refund. How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive your return and inspect the item, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Denim Care Guide

It is recommended to wash new jeans separately for the first time, using cold water and professional detergent, and adding an appropriate amount of white vinegar to fix the color. Avoid long-term soaking and mechanical friction to prevent severe fading.

Unless there are obvious stains, it is recommended to wear them 3-5 times before washing. Too frequent washing will accelerate the wear and fading of the fabric. You can keep it fresh by properly ventilating and drying it.

Choose cold water washing and avoid using a dryer. If necessary, you can wear it in a slightly damp state to let the jeans naturally shape with your body shape. It is recommended to choose pre-shrunk products when purchasing.

You can use a professional color fixative to treat it. When washing, choose a special denim clothing detergent and turn the jeans inside out to wash. In some cases, slight fading can create a unique distressed effect.

First, use a professional stain remover to treat the area, rubbing gently but not rubbing hard. If it is an oil stain, you can use talcum powder to absorb it before cleaning. For particularly difficult stains, it is recommended to seek professional dry cleaning services.
