At FUNUCA®, we want you to love your new jeans! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund Policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Return 

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt.

Return Address

  • Send to the original address in your delivery package.
  • Or email us at support@funuca.com for a return address.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@funuca.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the item(s).
  • Return the Item(s): Once you have the return authorization, carefully pack your item(s) and send them back to the address provided.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Refunds do not include shipping charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items purchased outside of our return window (30 days from delivery)
  • Used or worn products
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please contact us within the same 30-day window. We will assist you with exchanging for a different size or style, subject to availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’re truly sorry! Please contact our customer support team right away with photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it by offering a full refund or exchange at no extra cost to you.
